Mariusz Krzyżanowski

Administrative Director at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology, where he leads a team of more than 40 staff and oversees the faculty’s day-to-day operations. He is building links between academia, business, and public institutions. He is actively involved in international projects and accreditation processes, including CEEMAN and AACSB. His professional interests include leadership, innovation, communication, and organisational development. He supports initiatives that foster international collaboration, enhance academic quality, and contribute to the advancement of higher education.
