Joanna Czerska

Deputy Dean’s Representative for Learning Outcomes Assurance at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology. For more than 20 years, she has worked as a business trainer and process improvement consultant across Poland and Europe. A trainer at the Gdańsk Tech Centre for Innovative Education, she is passionate about the use of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. She designs educational games that translate complex processes into engaging non-digital simulations. She is the author of five books on Lean Management and two academic textbooks. A winner of the first Edu- Share competition at Gdańsk University of Technology, she is dedicated to discovering and developing students’ potential.
