Judith Collier

Judith is a lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in Mönchengladbach, Germany. In her role at the university’s Startup Centre, she is responsible for Entrepreneurship Education and for developing innovative didactic teaching formats that foster both students’ academic and personal development.

Her work particularly emphasises future-oriented topics such as sustainability, entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making, and emerging societal and economic trends. She is especially committed to integrating international collaboration into teaching and continuously exploring innovative didactic approaches that broaden students’ perspectives and enable deeper learning through practical application and experiential engagement.
